And if you can get to the dead man's chest with it, then the curse will be lifted, the pirates will lose the battle, and Port Royal will be saved. You called yourself parliamentarians, and pirates loyal to the code spared your life. And they were thrown without food or water into the dungeon of a cursed ship.
